Who is Voltes?

Voltes is the specialist in the field of electric mobility. Our passion lies in electric vehicles that provide a unique experience and also contribute to a more sustainable and greener environment. For more information, see the about us page.

Where is my order?

We will keep you informed as best as possible during the delivery process. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order including a track & trace code. This allows you to track the package.

How can I exchange or return my order?

Do your expectations not match the product? That's a shame and we're going to do something about it. You can exchange or return your order by:

  1. Download our online return form.
  2. Fill in the return form and add it to the package with the invoice.
  3. Pack the product well and securely with the original packaging. In this way damage is prevented as much as possible.
  4. Send the package back to us or bring it to us in Alkmaar.
  5. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 3 working days.

You are most welcome to visit us in Alkmaar in our showroom for a test drive and a cup of coffee. For more information, please visit our showroom page.

I would like to get some advice about a product.

We understand that there is a lot of choice between certain products and we are happy to advise you on this. Our customer service team consists of service and product experts. It is best to ask your question via info@voltes.nl. This way we can submit your question to the right expert who will help you as quickly as possible. You are of course also welcome in our showroom for advice.
