The plastic chair is made of stronger material and has a backrest, the foam seat don't have this. There are also different types of wheels in size and type of material. Good quality hoverkarts have a large and wide TPR front wheel. The TPR wheel is made of a special kind of rubber that does not wear and is often used for caster wheels. It is important that the front wheel is large because you don't want to suffer from vibrations while driving. A low quality hoverkart has a small and thin wheel which is made of plastic and therefore quickly wears out.
