Assembly (e-bike)

When making it ready for use, we carry out various tasks and checks to ensure that the bike functions safely and properly when we hand it over to you. Making it roadworthy includes the following aspects:

1) Assembly parts
The bicycle comes to us in a box from the manufacturer. We remove it from the packaging and all parts such as the handlebars, pedals and saddle are assembled.

2) Check and adjust brakes
The brakes are adjusted and braking performance is tested.

3) Check tire pressure
The tires are inflated to the correct pressure to ensure good grip and driving comfort.

4) Checking the gears
If the bicycle has gears, these are checked and adjusted to ensure that they shift smoothly.

5) Checking the bearings
The bearings of the wheels, bottom bracket and headset are checked to ensure they rotate smoothly and have no play.

6) Lubrication
Moving parts such as the chain are lubricated to reduce friction and thus maintain maximum service life.

7) Install accessories
Ordered accessories such as a lock or alarm are installed so that you can use them immediately.

8) Final inspection
During the final inspection, a test ride is made to ensure that the bicycle works properly.
