During the premium maintenance service, our specialist performs a comprehensive safety check and inspects and precisely adjusts the most important components. In addition, we clean and lubricate moving parts such as the chain, pedals, and other drivetrain components.

Why regular maintenance?

Due to intensive use, weather conditions, and normal wear and tear, your electric bike will require maintenance over time. This helps prevent issues such as reduced battery capacity, braking problems, unnecessary wear, or sudden malfunctions. Regular maintenance increases the reliability, safety, and lifespan of your bike, so you can continue riding worry-free.

When should you schedule a maintenance service?

We recommend a maintenance service every 2.000 km or once a year, or sooner if you:

• Notice decreased performance of your bike (such as battery life, support, or shifting).
• Have doubts about the safety or technical condition of your e-bike.
• Haven’t had maintenance performed in a long time.
• Haven’t used your e-bike for an extended period, for example after winter.
• Use your e-bike frequently or on a daily basis.
• Have a long ride or intensive period planned.

What do we do during a premium maintenance service?

• Inspection and adjustment of the chain, brakes, gears, and drivetrain.
• Inspection and adjustment of tire pressure, tire tread, and spokes.
• Inspection of the battery and charging system.
• Inspection of lights, bell, and other electrical components.
• Inspection and adjustment of moving parts such as the headset, bottom bracket, pedals, wheel hubs, and bearings.
• Safety and wear check of the frame and front fork.
• Tightening of all bolts and nuts.
• Cleaning and lubrication of the chain/belt and other drivetrain components.
• Lubrication of moving parts such as pedals and bearings.
• Performing software updates (if available).
• Maintenance report with any recommendations.
