When preparing our bicycles for roadworthiness, we perform various tasks and checks to ensure that the bicycle is safe and functioning properly when we hand it over to you.

The following aspects are included in preparing this bicycle for roadworthiness:

• Assembly: The bicycle is unpacked, and all components such as the handlebars, pedals, saddle, wheels, and any accessories are assembled. 
• Brake inspection: The brakes are inspected and adjusted to ensure proper functionality. This includes adjusting the brake pads, checking the brake cables, and testing the brake performance. 
• Gearing inspection: If the bicycle has gears, they are inspected and adjusted to ensure smooth shifting. This involves adjusting the derailleur and testing the shifting performance. 
• Tire pressure: The tires are inflated to the appropriate pressure to ensure good grip and riding comfort. Bearing inspection: The bearings of the wheels, bottom bracket, and headset are inspected to ensure smooth rotation without any play. 
• Lubrication: Essential moving parts such as the chain are lubricated to reduce friction and prolong the lifespan of the components.
