During the maintenance service of your electric Gokart, we perform a comprehensive safety check and thoroughly inspect, adjust, and clean all key components. This includes the drivetrain, brakes, steering system, bearings, and battery. This ensures your Gokart keeps driving safely, smoothly, and at top speed.

Why regular maintenance?

Due to intensive use, sharp turns, acceleration, and external factors (such as dust and moisture), parts of your Gokart will wear out over time. Without maintenance, problems can arise such as reduced braking power, battery issues, steering play, or inconsistent motor performance. Regular maintenance extends the lifespan, increases safety, and helps prevent costly repairs.

When should you schedule a maintenance service?

We recommend a maintenance service every 1.000 km or once a year, or sooner if you:

• Notice your Gokart is less fast or powerful than usual.
• Feel unusual noises, vibrations, or looseness when steering or braking.
• Experience charging issues or a significant drop in battery life.
• Haven’t used your Gokart for an extended period (for example, after winter).
• Ride intensively, competitively, or off-road.
• Your Gokart has recently been damaged or involved in a collision.

What do we do during a maintenance service?

• Inspection and adjustment of brakes.
• Inspection of wheels and tires: tread, pressure, and wear.
• Inspection and lubrication of bearings and wheel hubs.
• Inspection of the frame and steering mechanism for play or cracks.
• Inspection of the battery and charging system.
• Inspection of the electric motor, wiring, and connectors.
• Calibration of the throttle and steering sensitivity.
• Tightening of all bolts, nuts, and fasteners.
• Cleaning of the chassis, moving parts, and plastic components.
• Performing software updates (if available).
• Maintenance report with any recommendations.
