Maintenance Service E-Moped

During the maintenance service, our specialist performs a comprehensive safety check and inspects and precisely adjusts the most important components. In addition, we clean and lubricate moving parts such as the drivetrain, brakes, and bearings.

Why regular maintenance?

Due to intensive use, weather conditions, and normal wear and tear, your electric moped will require maintenance over time. This helps prevent issues such as reduced battery capacity, braking problems, unnecessary wear, or sudden malfunctions. Regular maintenance increases the reliability, safety, and lifespan of your moped, so you can keep riding worry-free.

When should you schedule a maintenance service?

We recommend a maintenance service every 2.000 km or once a year, or sooner if you:

• Notice decreased performance of your e-moped (such as battery life, speed, or ride comfort).
• Experience play or creaking noises in the handlebar or while riding.
• Have doubts about the safety or technical condition of your e-moped.
• Haven’t had maintenance performed in a long time.
• Haven’t used your moped for an extended period, for example after winter.
• Use your e-moped frequently or on a daily basis.
• Have a long ride or intensive period planned.

What do we do during a maintenance service?

• Inspection and adjustment of brakes.
• Inspection and adjustment of tire pressure and tread.
• Inspection of the battery and charging system.
• Inspection of lights, horn, and other electrical components.
• Inspection and adjustment of moving parts such as the headset, wheel hubs, and bearings.
• Safety and wear check of the frame and front fork.
• Tightening of all bolts and nuts.
• Cleaning and lubrication of moving and mechanical parts.
• Performing software updates (if available).
• Maintenance report with any recommendations.
