The Knaap AMS Black Edition is a tough city bike made for real adventurers on the public roads. This e-bike provides a new cycling feeling. With its fat tires and robust frame you can take it on all adventures. It is a bike that belongs to the high-end segment in terms of specifications and design.
Sturdy urban design
The sturdy urban design of the Knaap AMS Black Edition ensures that you stand out when you cruise through the streets. The fat tires, extra long saddle and 1200 lumen headlamp will make people turn when you drive by. The seat has enough space for two adult passengers. This way you can always take your loved one or friend with you to your destination. The Knaap AMS is available in two colors, namely Black and Space Grey.
Top speed of 25 km/h and a range up to 140 km
The fat bike has a 250W Bafang motor that reaches the top speed of 25 km/h in no time. This powerful engine is incorporated in the rear wheel, so the power comes from behind, which is nice during acceleration. The Samsung battery with a range up to 140 km will take you everywhere. The battery is hidden under the saddle and is removable, so you can also charge it indoors. On the handlebars is an LCD display where you can read the battery status, speed and distance.
Comfortable driving
The Knaap AMS is equipped with a 7-speed Shimano hub gear. In combination with the 5 different support positions, you are assured of the right cadence and you have a comfortable ride. This way you don't have to pedal heavily when you drive away at a traffic light. The fat bike has hydraulic brakes with a lot of braking power which you can easily dose. This way you are always assured of a quick stop if necessary.
